3. User Accounts

• Contains viruses or malicious code

While we strive to provide accurate information about starter health and fermentation, you are solely responsible for making decisions about food safety. Do not consume any food products that appear spoiled, contaminated, or unsafe, regardless of what the app indicates.

7.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or function without interruption. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

• Your use or inability to use the Service

• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in content
• User Content or conduct of any third party
• Food safety issues or health problems related to baking activities

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ferra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

10. Subscription and Payments

10.1 Free and Paid Features

Ferra offers both free and paid subscription features. Some features may require a paid subscription to access. Subscription terms and pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing is handled by these platforms according to their terms and policies.

10.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple and Google.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal.
